Shipping:

Price.

Shipping is FREE Australia wide.

Processing your order.

We strive to ship your purchase within 1–3 business days of receiving cleared payment. (Weekends and holidays excluded).
In the rare case that an item is out of stock, it will be shipped once received by our warehouse.

Shipping your order.

All customers will receive a tracking number once the item is in transit. We are partnered with Australia post and will use them in most situations, we may use other couriers at our discretion. If this is an issue you must message us prior to purchase.

Receiving your order.

We always advise using a home address that will be attended.
By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to have the item delivered and left at the delivery address even if it is unattended. We do not require a signature for delivery to be completed and the item is your responsibility once it reaches its destination.

International and Domestic.

Auto Armoury ships world wide. Shipping to countries outside of Australia will automatically be calculated by Ebay and be shown on the listing or at check out. Please note, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping, please refer to your country’s customs office to determine these charges prior to bidding or buying.

 

Returns:

Warranty.

Our warranty covers most cases of defective or faulty products. In the case of defects in workmanship or materials you will be offered an exchange or repair of item. The customer must return items to Auto Armoury for assessment by the manufacturer. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds.

Auto Armoury retains the right to refuse refunds. Refunds must be actioned and sent within 30 days of receiving your item. The item should be in perfect condition, original packaging and include all accessories and parts. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges.

We are more than happy to organise exchange for items. To be eligible for exchange the item should be in perfect condition, original packaging and include all accessories and parts. Please message us to organise an exchange as some items may not be eligible. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Process.

  • Contact Auto Armoury via eBay messenger.
  • Ensure the item is packed in original, re-sellable condition.
  • Enclose a note with all your information so that we know who’s item it is.
  • Send item to return address provided.
  • Provide us with the tracking number.
  • Once received, the item will be inspected.
  • Replacement/repair will be sent back to you or money will be refunded back through the original payment method.
